More sightseeing & lunch in Macau

Here is a pathway of rocks where you can take your shoes of and walk on for reflexology. I thought it was cool, so I took off my shoes and tried it and it HURT! That is a very fake smile on my face.

Here are the ruins of St. Paul's church

The view from the steps.

There were lots of different shops handing out free samples on our way down the street. This one had all different kinds of jerky including squab.....we opted for the pork.

We went to this fantastic Portugese restaurant that Sarah had heard good things about for lunch. It was packed and we didn't know if we would be able to get in for lunch and catch the ferry in time so we sat out on their patio and had some sangria and some fresh bread, cheese and olives.

We were worried because we didn't think we would have enough cash to pay for lunch and afford a taxi back to the ferry cause they didn't accept credit cards, so we asked and they said no problem, you pay later and wrote us an invoice. Isn't that cool! With this in mind we decided to have another pitcher of sangria.

Here is our yummy lunch. We had Portugese fried rice, which oddly enough had cut up hot dogs in it and some sea bream.

After lunch Sarah made me go check out this sweet sign in the bathroom. I would love to know who they get to translate these things! We had a good laugh over it.

Here's what the squatter toilets looked like....fortunately most of the places we went had regular toilets!
