Barb was just mentioning on her blog the other day about the interesting cake that Jacob had for his first birthday and I was going through some old pics and found this one.

It totally made me laugh....check out the look on Jacob's face!! The icing was kind of a beigey-grey colour...can't remember what it tasted like, but the martini's that night were sure yummy! I can't believe Jacob is already 4!!

Trip to Victoria

Despite the discouraging weather, a bunch of riders headed over to the Legislature in Victoria on the 3rd for our annual MLA Ride.

This ride brings MLA’s and their constituents together to discuss various issues relating to motorcycle safety, education and awareness and is the big kick off to May as Motorcycle Awareness Month. The riders take the MLA's for a short ride on their lunch hour and let them experience firsthand the thrill of motorcycling. Last year we had Gordon Campbell come out for the first time.
