ThanksGIVING...

This year, our annual toy run falls on Sunday, October 7th which happens to be Thanksgiving weekend. I think it is so cool that on a day when we count our blessings and give thanks for all that we have that we can also give to those who are less fortunate than us.

The Toy Run raises much needed toys and funds to provide underprivileged families assistance at Christmas time. This event is one of the most important toy raising events in the Lower Mainland and it directly supports ten local Christmas Bureaus.

I am collecting toys and donations for the Christmas Bureau that I will take to the ride, so if anyone who doesn't ride is interested in participating please feel free to send your gift with me! Hope you all have a very Happy Thanksgiving!!

Who wants some CANDY??

Our friend Leigh is putting on this event on Sunday. Darren & I are gonna go check it out with some friends. Leigh is an amazing dancer and was even in the movie Chicago. Darren saw them practice last weekend and said it was HOT so it should be an awesome show....think Broadway meets the Pussy Cat Dolls. Any takers?
